What iMBrace is

Nội dung này chưa có bản dịch Tiếng Việt, hiển thị bằng Tiếng Anh.

iMBrace is an enterprise AI platform. It gives a company AI agents that answer questions from its own approved knowledge, software that reads documents and turns them into structured records, and workflows that carry out everyday business processes. A company can run it fully on its own servers, in a private cloud, or as SaaS. The company chooses where its data lives and which AI model reads it.

Intelligent and accurate

iMBrace pairs AI that understands with steps that are exact, so a whole business process runs end to end, reliably.

  • Agents understand what people ask and answer from the company’s own approved knowledge. When something is not in that knowledge, the agent says so.
  • Workflows carry out the work precisely: routing, checks, calculations and updates to other business systems, the same way every time.
  • People make the decisions that matter: a workflow waits for the right person’s approval, then carries on by itself.

Together they run real business processes, not just conversations.

Why it is governed

An AI agent that works inside a company’s systems needs clear controls. iMBrace builds them in.

  • Access is layered: by team, so people only see the knowledge and data of the teams they belong to; by role, so a person’s permissions match what they are meant to manage versus use; and, on Enterprise installations, by individual field on a record, so one board can show different detail to different readers.
  • The platform keeps a record of activity across it - logins, file uploads, channel changes, and changes to a Data Board - each one timestamped and, where a person did it, attributed to them. On Enterprise installations, that record extends to AI agent activity too.
  • A workflow can pause at a decision that matters and wait for a named approver - for hours or days if needed. The approver decides from where they already work: an email with Approve and Reject buttons, each opening a page where they confirm. Opening the link decides nothing. Once they confirm, the same workflow picks up on its own and finishes what it was doing. Who decided, what they decided, and when is recorded with it.
  • These rules are enforced by the platform’s own checks, not by anything typed into a prompt.
  • The company decides where the platform runs and which AI model it uses, including a model that never leaves its own building.

How the pieces fit together

Customers and staff reach the platform through a channel they already use: a chat widget, WhatsApp, or another connected channel. An agent answers, backed by the company’s approved knowledge. When something needs doing, a workflow does it, reaching into the company’s other business systems as needed. Anything the platform pulls from a document, or produces as a record, lands on a structured board - and that record is what makes the answer, or the action, checkable afterwards. One set of governance rules sits across the whole loop.

That is the platform in one pass. What iMBrace does today sets out the detail, area by area, with a page or a screen where you can see each capability for yourself.
