client.contacts quản lý các liên hệ — khách hàng tiềm năng, khách hàng, hoặc người dùng giao tiếp qua các kênh của bạn. Mỗi liên hệ có thể có các hội thoại, comments, files, và lịch sử hoạt động liên kết.
